FundingWe help businesses to raise finance, acquire funds, get grants and loans etc., and also arrange commercial deals such as joint ventures, technology licensing contracts etc. as required by the business. We also work with individuals and teams to prepare them and their business for funding. Preparing the Business Documentation & Preparing Yourselves for the funding stage is critical. Take the BBC Programme ‘Dragon’s Den’ for example. Some of the people pitching for finance are unprepared and cannot answer fundamental questions as their business material has not been properly prepared hence, they often do not get funding. Plan & Arrange Funding We work closely with different Finance Associates which specialise in raising finance for new ventures; usually on an equity for finance basis. Our Commercial & Industrial Contracting Associates, specialise in arranging business deals for new ventures, for example facilitating a joint venture with an organisation or a technology licensing deal with an OEM or a technology agent. Additionally we work with clients to acquire grants, loans and funds, as required by the individual or business. We can work with you on a complete range of requirements from arranging a few thousand pounds to several million pounds. Our Funding Associates include: Finance Associates

Grants, Loans & Funds
By working with Finance and Contracting
Associates, We charge a small arrangement fee for loans and grants. Preparing the Business Documentation Having written the appropriate business plan we recommended to the produce a business presentation (in Microsoft PowerPoint for example) of the business plan. During the process of raising finance, some people may expect to see a presentation so it is always recommended to have one ready to present at short notice. Another reason for producing a presentation of the business plan is to prepare yourself and the team. Preparing Yourselves In our experience, whilst going through the motions
of preparing the business presentation of the business plan, it is
a beneficial exercise in terms of summarising the key points in the
business plan. When asked about your business idea in passing for example,
the visualisation of the presentation can act as an aid to help you
summarise the relevant points verbally in a structured manner. It is important to have you ‘elevator’ pitch
ready at all times, you never know when you might meet someone interested
in your business idea. We recommend verbal practise of the presentation. Prices for Funding Preparation depend upon
